[1] found nearby a 17th century token of JOHN REWOOD AT THE (HIS TOKEN)/ROYAL OKE IN WAPPING (oak with 3 crowns).

4 September 1994. Metal detecting find.
Post medieval copper alloy ?harness slide fragment.

September 1997 to January 2000. Metal detecting.
Roman small handle enclosing a tang or rod of iron.
One end is a rounded knob, the other of square section.
In the middle part of the iron is visible because of damage.
Length 22mm.
It is difficult to suggest what sort of tool/implement this was part of.
