Full Description
Originally a single building probably dating to the 16th century and later. It has pebbledashed walls, a timber framed upper floor and a masonry ground floor. The roof is pantiled and the building stands two storeys high with the upper floor jettied. The windows are late styles. The axial chimneystack is slightly off-centre. The roof has been dated to the 18th-19th century. A single storey side addition with one large three-light mullion and transom window has been attached. Various rear additions are visible.
Information from (S1).
19 November 1986. Visit by E. Rose (NAU).
E. Rose (NAU) presumes the ground floor walling to facade is either clad in or replaced in brick, probably the former as the jetty is not underbuilt.
E. Rose (NAU) 20 November 1986.
