October 2017-March 2018. Geophysical Survey.
Magnetometer survey on proposed route of onshore cable for Norfolk Vanguard and Boreas Offshore Wind Farms.
This survey identified an extensive area of magnetic disturbance at the site of this brickworks that clearly corresponds with the extent of the quarry shown on the Ordnance Survey First Edition Six-inch map (S2).

Evaluation of site on proposed route of onshore cable for Norfolk Vanguard and Boreas Offshore Wind Farms.
The single trench excavated at this location encountered part of the large quarry shown on the the Ordnance Survey First Edition Six-inch map (S2), the fills of which contained a range of late post-medieval to modern objects.
