Summary

Fieldwalking and metal detecting from 1986 to 1987 recovered Iron Age, Roman, medieval and post medieval pottery fragments and a Roman coin. Metal-detecting in 2017 recovered a Late Iron Age/Roman unidentified circular object.

Late Iron Age/Roman unidentified object consisting of a knob-shape moulded transverse lips around the circumference. Possibly a terret or furntiure fitting (S1).
