January 1987. Fieldwalking. Field east of stream, south of moat NHER 17133. Context 1, general scatter of medieval across field. Context 2, grid reference 20m square concentration of five Thetford type storage jar thumb strip sherds, not all from same pot.
One Thetford type ?storage jar sherd; one glazed Grimston; part of wall of limestone mortar.

Context 3. 1987 Further finds from a more restricted area, 30m square at 0490 1501.
Five Thetford type storage jar including four with thumb strip. Thirty five medieval unglazed. Three glazed Grimston. Details as before.
