Full Description
1985. Stray Find.
Location marked on NCM 6" map as having produced "Neolithic flint".
Information from (S1).
This note appears to correspond with a small assemblage of worked flints that was donated to the Norwich Castle Museum in 1999 by [1] (NWHCM : 1999.325.5). These are listed in the museum's records as comprising:
1 Palaeolithic flint flake.
3 Neolithic flint flakes.
These were presumably identified by P. Robins (NCM).
The mapped location of this record has been adjusted to reflect the grid reference listed by the NCM ([2]; previously mapped as a point at [3]).
Amended by P. Watkins (HES), 7 May 2014.
