Full Description
13 April 1987. Fenland fieldwalking. Well weathered ploughsoil (S1). Tilney Balsam Field.
Context 1 general scatter odd medieval sherds, more close to road than any from it. TSC FA.
Context 2 at TF 5608 2023 concentration medieval pottery (sparse) and shell (abundant) beside road. Diameter 28m east to west x 23m north to south at 2.7m. OD TSC 50.
