Summary

Fenland fieldwalking in March 1987 recovered a sparse spread of prehistoric pot boilers and a single flint from a gentle slope above an old stream course. Metal-detecting between 2018 and 2019 recovered medieval and post-medieval coins, a Roman harness fitting or armilla and a medieval strap end.

Fenland fieldwalking on weathered soil.
South of small wood on (S1).
A sparse spread of prehistoric pot boilers and single flint were found on gentle slope (gravelly sandy soil) above old stream course. Scatter area 22m (east-west) x 13m (north-south) at 5.8m OD. Reference PEN 10 on (S2).
Finds held by NCM.
