Site of Hagbeach Hall.
Mentioned 1628; demolished pre 1887; had moat, now ploughed out.

Extremely large moated site marked on (S2) and an idea of this can be got from (S3).

(S4) notes buildings still on part of site as Hagbeach House, converted from stable block now two properties; late 17th century, 18th century and 120th century. Brick, two storeys, central 18th century door in modern surround. Two 18th century windows, others modern. Bell based gable roof. Internal stacks and ridge stack. Rear has blocked loosebox doors. Also late 17th century gatepier and wall, brick and limestone; rounded niche with coat of arms; cornice and ball finial; ramped up to house gable but on east interrupted by courtyard entrance.
