Pre 1987. Found metal detecting and fieldwalking. Fendyke Croft.
'Roman pottery on highest point along ridge in field'
One cut halfpenny Henry III (material not seen NAU).

Note: grid reference is approximate and this sounds very much like site NHER22562 to north. Is it misplaced ?

4th century illegible coin.
Coin, House of Valentinian SCVRITAS REIPVBLICAE Arles 364 to 378.
Three Nene Valley colour coated sherds.
One Roman greyware.
Two cut farthings of Henry III (not seen NAU).

Copper alloy integral buckle and plate; two fields of engraved relief decoration; one with leaf scroll, other with head and shoulders of man. Blue enamel ground. 12th century.
