March 1989. Fieldwalking find.
Roman greyware beaker base, perhaps Much Hadham ware.
Identified by D. Gurney (NAU)
W. Milligan (NCM) 12 May 1989.
Site included in large metal detecting scatter, NHER 10486, and within area of scheduled monument.
