Summary

Fieldwalking in this area during 1989, as part of the Illington Survey, recovered sherds of Roman, medieval and post-medieval pottery along with a single prehistoric flint scraper. Metal-detecting before 2015 recovered a Roman coin as well as a Roman bracelet and a medieval buckle.
