Summary

This was the site of a settlement during the medieval period, which is documented from the 14th century. Field walking recovered pottery dating from the medieval and post medieval periods, a post medieval knife and post medieval bricks.

This site is recorded as MED94 in (S2). The early tenurial history of this settlement is confusing and complex, and can be traced back to the 14th century in medieval documents.
