4 February 1992. Rapid examination of area. Good conditions, ploughed,
2 areas of collection. Less than 1 hour of walking.
South half.
2 worked flints.
Roman greyware.
Some Thetford type, medieval unglazed and glazed Grimston.
Total sherd weight 560g.
North half.
1 worked flint.
2 fragments of medieval roofing tile.
A few unglazed medieval and glazed Grimston sherds.
Rest Roman greyware, including fresh sherds.
Total sherd weight 850g.
