Full Description
20- 21 November 1990. Trial Trenching and Metal-detecting Survey.
Evaluation in advance of Anglian Water extension to pumping station.
Iceni 'gold' stater.
Eleven Roman coins.
Five Roman sherds.
Two Middle Saxon. Late Saxon sherds (Ipswich ware, ?St Neots ware).
?Post medieval metalwork.

The area of these finds will not be affected by the proposed 1991 development, except for that of the Iceni stater, so will be available for future excavation.
