1959. Red House Field. Context 1 at TF 730 040.
Polished flint axe with chipping on long edges, light brown with black markings.
17cm by 7.6 cm by 6.3cm.

Rapid fieldwalking; probable concentrations but not picked up by methods used, good conditions.
Medieval unglazed, glazed Grimston, only 3 post medieval sherds; 1 lava quern fragment.
Subdivision centred at TF 7320 0410, Context 3.
Details as Context 2, medieval unglazed, glazed Grimston, only 1 post medieval sherd, 1 base glazed Lyveden Ware. Several lava quern fragments not retained.
