Summary

An early 19th century three storey red brick house with sash windows and a central panelled door with reeded pilasters and a decorated architrave. Internal evidence suggests that it was originally a pair of 18th century tenements.

February 1954. Listed, Grade II*.
Listing Description:
House. Early 19th century. Red brick and pantile roof. Three storeys. Two bays. Central panelled door with reeded pilaster, decorated architrave and flat hood. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars and segmental arches. Fascia-board cornice. Internal and rear wall evidence suggests that this was a pair of 18th century one-up, one-down tenements with rear back stairs.
