This building is amongst those listed in thesis (S3), which considers the 13th- to 17th-century buildings of Norwich. It is described as an 18th-century building with wings at either end
projecting towards the street-line. The north wing has the remains of a late 17th-century stair to the attic and a double butt-purlin roof of the same date. This wing represents one half of a pair of buildings that was incorporated into the eighteenth-century building.
