April 2000. Building Survey.
Survey of buildings and walls between King Street, Hobrough Lane, the River Wensum and Old Barge Yard.
A late 15th century cellar and vaulted chamber pre-date to early 16th century timber-framed buildings above. The late 15th century building may have been constructed as an inn. Much original work survives behind the internal cladding.
