Summary

A late 16th century three storey rendered timber framed building, heightened in the 18th century. Number 104 has a 17th century rear range and the rear generally has 19th century rear additions and alterations. After being saved from demolition in 1938, it was renovated twice before being split into flats in 1973.

Former use unknown, now flats. Late 16th century, heightened in 18th century. Late 17th century range to rear of number 104. 19th century rear additions and alterations. 20th century renovation. Rendered. Timber frame at first floor full height, flint rubble rear wall. Pantiles. Three storeys, jettied at first floor. Four second floor windows. Door with plain surround at extreme right. Central doorway to number 104 with small flanking bay windows.
Moulded fascia covering jetty. Casement windows throughout. Fascia cornice. Probably built as mirror-image pair of single cell houses.
