Summary

The former use of this property is unknown but it now operates as a shop. It dates to the late 16th century but was raised in the 18th century. The exterior is rendered with rusticated quoins and the roof is covered with pantiles. The central door has with fluted pilasters and a small rectangular fanlight. There are sash windows throughout and the roof has a paired bracket cornice.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Former use unknown, now shop. Late 16th century raised in the 18th century. Rendered with rusticated quoins. Pantile roof. Three storeys, jetty at first floor. Two bays. Central door with fluted pilasters and plain architrave and small rectangular fanlight...Paired bracket cornice."
