Even Nos 44 to 48 Magdalen Street.

1954. Listed Grade II.
No 44 listed seperately from Nos 46 and 48. Former use unknown now office. 16th century refaced in mid 18th century with 20th rebuilding and alterations. Red brick. Roof not visible. Three storeys. Five bays with end pilasters. Central door with five steps up. Two tuscan columns on either side of a semi-circular arch with keystone in the form of a female head. Pediment with a triglyph and paterae frieze. Venetian windows above doorway. 20th century sash windows. Parapet and heavy stringcourse.

Nos 46 and 48 are listed as 17th century with 18th century refacing but no interior details given, as the facade is clearly one with No 44 though subsidiary to it; it also has end pilasters, and shop front with two doorways, all with arched glazing bars.
