Summary

This 19th century shop is brick built with stucco details and has a hipped slate and tile roofs. It stands four storeys high and has a 20th century shop front to the ground floor. It has an undercroft of two chambers beneath Weavers Lane, each with a four centred profile.

Undercroft of two chambers beneath Weavers Lane, each with a four centred profile. The chamber to the south is ranged at right-angles to the 19th century cellar of No.31; the other is parallel on a north/south axis and could
represent a connection with a demolished pre-1369 building.
