Summary

A 17th century three storey rendered building, heightened in the 18th century, with a black pantile roof. It underwent major alterations in the 20th century and is now a shop and restaurant. Beneath the street range of the building are the remains of a 15th century undercroft.

Undercroft: pointed barrel-vault side chambers, two in the west wall extending beneath the pavement, and one in the north wall associated with 15th century cellar.

Survey of the remains of a brick built undercroft, dated by comparison to the 15th century. It has two side chambers, one extending beneath the street. A blocked opening represents another chamber or perhaps a doorway.
