These buildings are amongst those listed in thesis (S2), which considers the 13th- to 17th-century buildings of Norwich. They are described as two three-storeyed houses with multi gables that date from around 1700. The present facades are 19th century, although they reflect the original plan form. This was two rooms deep divided by a stack, and with an entrance hall the full depth of the building (that contains a staircase against the rear wall). A noteworthy stair and first floor fireplace surround were observed in No 3.
