This building is amongst those listed in thesis (S3), which considers the 13th- to 17th-century buildings of Norwich. It is described as a 17th-century, two-storeyed building with flint rubble walls and two gable end-stacks. The generally low quality of the timber inside the building made it impossible to tell if it was originally constructed as one property or two single-cell units.
