Summary
In 1991 a trench dug outside St Margaret's Church exposed a flint and mortar foundation exposed in the north side of the trench. The date of the building it belonged to was not ascertained.

Trench dug by British Telecom along pavement south of St Margaret's Church.
Flint and mortar foundation exposed at 0.4m in north side of trench.
