Summary

This was thought to be the site of a possible Bronze Age barrow, though it is said that this area also used to be the site of a post medieval brick kiln.

Possible barrows seen from bus 1948 by R. R. Clarke (NCM).
Site examined 9 October 1952 no traces found by R. R. Clarke (NCM).
No sign of barrows in field of young cereal. A. J. Lawson (NAU), 15 March 1976.

Mr Butters, Swaffham Museum, says that this field is said to be the site of old brick kilns.
