Summary

In or before 1850 a Bronze Age copper alloy spearhead was recovered over 2m deep in peat. The exact location and nature of this discovery are unclear, but it is thought to originate from the parish of Upwell.

Found while peat digging at a depth of 7 and a half feet (2.3m). Bronze spearhead, 16 inches (40cm) long.
Formerly recorded as Cambridgeshire, is this in the area transferred to Norfolk in 1990?
