Fieldwalking and metal detecting in this area during 1989 recovered a sherd of medieval pottery along with a post medieval coin, spur and two weights.

Medieval sagging base sherd.
Post medieval lead weight (19.145g). Decorated lead weight, most unusual (40.138g).
16th-17th century rowel spur fragment, small.
