1989. Found with metal detecting. Finder's Field One.
Roman coin, 4th century, form in file.
Identified by E.B. Green (NCM).
Medieval coins; Scottish short cross cut halfpenny of William the Lion 1165-1214 or Alexander II 1214-49.
Penny of Edward I, II or III Canterbury mint.
Sterling English jetton. Obv: border of alternating rosettes and pelleted head of king facing. rev: rosettes in angles of cross, border of crowns.
Copper alloy lozenge shaped 'ring' brooch with zigzag ornament on two sides, pin looped over narrow bar at corner.
Copper alloy sword-chape with fleurs de lis, shaped front and reverse; cast knob terminal.
