Summary

Fieldwalking in 1990 recovered Saxon and medieval pottery. Metal detecting in 2004 recovered an Iron Age silver coin.

March 1990. Found in fieldwalking.
Thetford ware rim sherd perhaps of costrel. Base sherd perhaps Stamford type ware. Base sherd of Cambs type ware c.f. Software.
Medieval sherds including green-glazed Grimston and an odd body face but in green-glazed Grimston.
Identified by W. Milligan (NCM) 23 April 1990.
