Late Bronze Age II (early). Socketed copper alloy sickle with external edge of blade extending across end of socket. Both edges of blade are sharp. Socket has one rivet hole - rectangular cross section slightly curved knife.

(S2) describes a different sickle to that in the NCM but it is really the same object. Sir John Evans saw sketch shown him by Sir A. W. Franks.
