Summary

A dry wall of flint and cobble floor were recorded here in 1961. A large number of clay pipes have also been found here. This could be the site of the earlier rectory or one of the two barns belonging to it.

Wall about 1.2m (4 feet) wide found with cobble floor (flints) at around 60cm (2 feet) deep. Wall of flint and other stone, built 'dry'.

Great number of clay pipes found in same area. Near southern boundary of field flint track ploughed up. Date?.
