Summary

Gardening and metal detecting in 1991 and 1992 recovered a prehistoric flint scraper, medieval and post medieval pottery fragments, post medieval clay pipes, and a post medieval spoon.

1991. Cringle Cottage, Snow Street. Found while gardening and by metal detecting.
Flint scraper
Medieval and late medieval/Transitional sherds
Three 18th/19th century clay pipes with W or N.A, tiny O and scales and coil on a spur.
Bronze shop ticket or similar with 1Q7 on both sides, with edge milled.
Simple bronze 'salt spoon'.
