Summary

A 13th to 14th century carved limestone moulding and corbel in the form of a female head was found in a demolished shop in a 'Row' near the Old Corn Hall.

Found in part of a demolished shop dated to around the 1950s. In Row near Ferrows/Old Corn Hall (GYM says this is Howard Street/Hall Quay area).
Carved limestone moulding and corbel in form of female head with barbette and fillet. Late 13th/early 14th century. Width 11cm, length 30cm, height 16cm.
