Summary

North Farm is an elaborate L-shaped timber framed house built in the early 17th century, with a date of 1639 recorded in the cellar. The building contains a contemporary architectural wall painting, and there is a contemporary but originally separate building now attached. North Farm underwent alterations in the 18th or 19th century, and was clad in brick around 1890.
