Summary

Metal-detecting in 1992 and subsequently between 2011 and 2012 recovered Roman and post-medieval coins; post-medieval tokens and jettons and Iron Age, Roman, Middle/Late Saxon, medieval, medieval/post-medieval and post-medieval metal finds. The metal finds include an Iron Age Birdlip brooch; an unidentified Roman copper alloy fragment and Trumpet brooch; a Middle/Late Saxon prick spur; medieval dress accessories; medieval/post-medieval weights, buckles and copper alloy vessel rim and post-medieval dress accessories, a bodkin-type headdress pin, scabbard chape, lead window came, furniture escutcheon, tinned crotal bell and a coin weight.
