1980s. Fieldwalking.
Finds from OS 1928 Fields 233, 235, 236, 237 (see map in file).
Worked flint.
Roman, Late Saxon, medieval, post medieval pottery.

May 1998. Geophysical Survey.
Magnetometry survey on route of proposed pipeline (Site 19 at [1]; Context 4).
Findings were minimal, but included pit-like anomalies features. A linear magnetic anomaly was an extant furrow at a crop boundary.
