Full Description
15 June 1989. NAU aerial photography.
Rectangular ?building within large cropmark enclosure.
12 July 1990.
Further aerial photography showed linear cropmarks.
M. Flitcroft (NLA) February 1993.
The linear marks form short parallel stretches near to the possible building, all sitting on a hill spur. The larger enclosure seems to be recently removed field boundaries.
Note location near to Crownthorpe Roman temple.
E. Rose (NLA) 16 February 1993.
September 2012. Norfolk NMP.
On further examination by NMP these cropmarks are considered to be agricultural, not archaeological.
S. Tremlett (NMP), 27 September 2012.
