Summary

In the early 1990s a farmer discovered the foundations of a building at this location during deep ploughing. A site visit found soilmarks and a mound that indicated the location of the building along with a scatter of medieval pottery sherds.

Soilmark and footings notified by farmer who has ceased deep ploughing because of obstructions.
Definite light soilmark on slight mound, with faint scatter and a early medieval bowl rim sherd found on cursory fieldwalking.
