Full Description
February 1993. Metal detecting find.
15th century purse frame, V-sectioned with integral pierced holes on reverse. Projecting spike at one end for attaching to bar. Other end broken. Niello inlaid deeply engraved lettering. CREATOREN CELI ET TERE.
