March 1993. Found with metal detector.
Middle Saxon sceat (proto-penny; A. Rogerson (NLA)). See details in file.

Medieval belt fitting or buckle. See for comparison pendant mounts: No.1198 in (S1).
It could be a buckle with incurved pin bar, and scalloped outer edge with lobes between each scallop and two decorated 'arms' projecting onto the frame.
