February 2004. Building Survey. From Context 10.
Historic building recording in advance of proposed demolition recorded an early 17th century date for the original house. It was extended in the 18th century and completely remodelled in brick in the late 18th or early 19th century. This remodelling included the creation of an imposing brick façade.
See report (S3) for further details. The results of this work are also summarised in (S4).
The associated archive has been deposited with the Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM : 2016.138).
J. Allen (NLA), 3 March 2004. Amended by P. Watkins (HES), 21 June 2019.
