Full Description
Early 16th century timber frame building with brick and flint infill, jettied. The ground floor has been rebuilt using studs. Arched brace to bressumer stands on rollmoulded wallpost with capital - two 20th century copies to right. Internal south gable chimney stack. Cross wing to rear. Wave moulded bridging beams and joists to ground floor.
Information from listing grade II 1993 which states usage as 'shop former garage'. According to Thetford Library this was the coach house to a mansion that stood on the site of the adjacent Riversdale House.

The listed building description notes that this property was formerly known as No, 13A Tanner Street. It was in use as a house until 1991 when it was greatly altered for use as a garage. Sometime later use of the building again changed to a shop.
