Concentration of Roman pottery, exact size not determined.
Roman greyware: 10 jar rims, 2 bowl rims, 2 bead and flange bowl rims, 4 bases, 26 body sherds.
1 frilled base medieval, ?glazed.
1 body sherd medieval unglazed.
1 hard coarse sandy body sherd, ?date.
1 finely gritted wheel-turned, probably Roman.
1 finely gritted Iron Age or Roman.
1 body sherd with fragment of small D sectioned handle, reduced with partially oxidised exterior, sparse grits ?date. Probably not Beaker (according to S.Percival (NAU)).
