Found about 100 yards [91m] from Yaxham church in a wet field "not ploughed before in living memory":
Roman or medieval upper stone of a rotary quern of puddingstone, about 1 foot in diameter [30cm]; top edges broken in places. Two conical halves. [2].
This object has been donated to the Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM: 1963.290).
