October 1987. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Brick Barn.
Field barn, late 18th to early 19th century. Red brick, roof formerly thatched now corrugated iron. T plan. Crowstepped east and west gables with moulded eaves corbels. West gable faces Gillingham Hall and contains large blind five light window with pointed arch head and intersecting tracery."
