Summary

Norton Hall is an 18th century building with early 19th century additions. It is of stuccoed brick and has been whitewashed, with a slate roof. This three storey building has a central two storey 19th century porch wing, and two outer bays mark the line of the original façade.

Listing Description:
House, 18th century with early 19th century additions. Stuccoed and whitewashed brick, slated roofs. Double pile plan. Front 3 storeys with central 2 storey early-mid 19th century porch wing. Entrance front two outer entrance bays marking original line of facade, with 2 ground floor and 2 second and 2 third floor sashes with glazing bars, cornice and roof. Central porch wing with door, first floor plate glass sash, returns with single ground and first floor plate glass sashes, pediment and parapet. 2 19th century canted single storey bows to west.
