Summary

Fieldwalking in this area during 1994-95 recovered sherds of Roman, Late Saxon, medieval and post medieval pottery. Subsequent metal-detecting in 1999 and 2013 retrieved a single Roman coin; a post-medieval jetton and token and an Early Saxon brooch.
